The system supports the full clinic journey, starting from patient registration and profile management to appointment booking, calendar scheduling, treatment plan creation, clinical notes, prescriptions, document uploads, lab orders, payment collection, and follow-up reminders. Doctors and clinic staff can easily track patient history, upcoming visits, active treatment plans, outstanding balances, lab reports, and communication records without switching between manual registers, spreadsheets, or separate tools.

Where we started
Dental clinics often depend on paper records, spreadsheets, manual WhatsApp follow-ups, disconnected appointment books, and separate billing processes. This creates delays, missed follow-ups, poor treatment visibility, billing gaps, and difficulty tracking clinic performance across doctors, patients, labs, and finance.
How we shipped it
We developed a full-stack SaaS-based Dental Clinic ERP that centralizes the entire clinic workflow.
